Empower Sports Academy is reshaping the future of girls’ sports in Pakistan. For the first time, young athletes are training with world-class coaches and mentors, both at home and abroad.
In Pakistan, we’ve brought Olympic-level expertise to our courts, giving girls access to technical skills, strategy, nutrition, and mental conditioning through immersive camps.

South Asian Games 2025 Camp
with Coach Enrico Baletto
Hosted at the Pakistan Sports Board, this high-performance camp prepared the national team for the 2025 South Asian Games. Under Coach Enrico Baletto’s expert guidance, girls trained with international standards in technical skills, recovery, and mental conditioning, raising the bar for Pakistan’s first generation of elite female athletes.
Italy Trip
2024
Empower partnered with the Bahar Toksoy Guidetti Academy in Italy, giving girls access to Europe’s top training. With Giovanni Guidetti’s support, also a member of Empower’s Board, two athletes will now be sponsored annually into Bahar Toksoy Camp, one of the world’s most competitive volleyball programs.
Coach Alessandra Campedelli’s Camp 2024
In 2024, celebrated Italian coach Alessandra Campedelli brought her world-class expertise to Pakistan. Her innovative training sharpened game IQ, communication, and adaptability, inspiring athletes to think and play with confidence against global standards.
Turkey Trip
2023
Empower athletes traveled to Turkey for elite training and competitive matches in one of volleyball’s most competitive regions. The trip gave players exposure to professional training culture while building resilience, adaptability, and confidence on the international stage.
Coach Mark Barnard’s
Camp 2023
Head coach at Oregon State University, Mark Barnard, led a 2023 camp in Pakistan, bringing NCAA-level discipline and tactical training. His mentorship showed Empower athletes what it takes to compete at the highest levels of collegiate and international volleyball.
Bangladesh Beach
Volleyball Trip 2023
Competing in their first international beach volleyball tournament, Empower athletes placed 9th out of 14 teams, an impressive result given Pakistan’s limited resources. The experience marked a milestone, proving talent and determination can close the gap that Empower is working to bridge.
Prime Minister Youth
Talent Hunt 2022
In partnership with the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, Empower conducted Pakistan’s first nationwide volleyball talent hunt. Scouting across the country, the program identified exceptional athletes, especially from underprivileged and underrepresented backgrounds, creating a pathway for girls to showcase their skills and earn spots on the national team.
