Empower Sports Academy is a world-class institution where every girl, regardless of background, accesses elite education and athletic training. Combining rigorous academics with state-of-the-art sports infrastructure, we nurture future Olympians, scholars, and leaders. Through our holistic approach, we break barriers, elevate sports participation, and foster a culture where girls dream boldly, train fearlessly, and rise to global excellence on and off the court.
THE Academy
Situated near a scenic vicinity of Islamabad, Empower Sports Academy is a pioneering institution designed to host 1,000 boarding students and 500 day scholars. With Olympic-standard courts and fields for over 30 sports, cutting-edge academic facilities, and access to top international coaches, the academy empowers girls in Pakistan—preparing them to become champions, scholars, and global leaders.
EVENTS
Empower Sports Academy hosts events across Pakistan year-round to ignite a passion for sports in girls. Our flagship event—the Empower National Tournament—launched in 2024 with 600 participants, has sparked a movement reaching from major cities to rural villages. Through grassroots engagement and the creation of local clubs, we are changing mindsets and building a national culture where every girl has the opportunity to play, compete, and thrive.
Projects
Empower Sports Academy leads groundbreaking projects that, for the first time in Pakistan’s history, give girls access to the world’s top coaches and mentors. From hosting Olympic-level trainers in Pakistan to taking athletes abroad for competitive matches, girls are now experiencing the culture of elite sports firsthand—learning how professionals train, eat, think, and perform under pressure.

Empower Sports Academy is bringing over 30 Olympic sports—from archery to track and field to weightlifting—to girls across Pakistan. We’re not just building courts and fields—we’re creating world-class training environments led by elite coaches from around the world. Studies show that over 90% of women in executive leadership played sports—underscoring how athletics shapes confidence, resilience, and leadership.
